Prime Thread

Premium Uniforms.
Built for Business.

Premium uniforms, custom textiles, and dependable bulk supply for American businesses that won't compromise on consistency, craftsmanship, or character.

What Defines Us

A Foundation of Quality.

Three principles shape every program we build — the standards we hold ourselves to long before a single stitch reaches a customer.

01

Mission

We deliver high-quality textile and uniform solutions, with the precision and service required to build lasting partnerships across industries.

02

Vision

To lead the American textile industry with innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainable, scalable manufacturing.

03

Core Values

Quality, reliability, and precision — embedded in every garment we produce and every relationship we hold.

A Brand Introduction

Crafted With Precision.

At Prime Thread, every stitch carries the weight of our reputation. We engineer textile and uniform programs for U.S. businesses that depend on consistency at scale — pairing dependable manufacturing with the editorial quality of a heritage craft house.

From boutique hospitality programs to nationwide industrial rollouts, our promise is the same: precision-built apparel, designed for long-term performance.

Why Prime Thread

Precision is our standard, not our promise.

We work with businesses that view their uniforms as an extension of their brand — not a line item. That mindset shapes everything we do.

Switching Suppliers

Switching is seamless. We do the heavy lifting.

Re-collecting sizes and re-digitizing logos is the reason most teams stay with a supplier they've outgrown. We remove that friction.

STEP 01

Send Us Your Current Garment

Mail us one of your current uniforms. We deconstruct the fabric, cut, and trims to match the look and feel your team already knows.

STEP 02

We Match Fabric & Digitize Your Logo

Our team color-matches the fabric and digitizes your logo files for embroidery, screen print, or sublimation — at no cost.

STEP 03

We Deliver Your New Fleet

Per-employee sizing, per-location packing, and scheduled delivery. Your team unboxes a fully outfitted program — no spreadsheets.

Frequently Asked

Buyer questions, answered.

The questions procurement teams ask before they sign a uniform contract.

What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

Most programs start at 50 units per style. For multi-style programs and managed accounts, totals across SKUs apply. We'll confirm exact MOQs in your quote based on fabric, decoration, and turnaround.

Do you offer samples or fit kits?+

Yes. Single samples ship for $25–$75 depending on the garment, credited against your first order. For qualified U.S. B2B buyers (25+ team), our Fit Kit program ships a full size-run for free.

What's your production lead time?+

Standard programs ship 4–8 weeks after artwork and PO approval. Stock-program reorders ship in 1–3 weeks. Rush production is available — confirmed at quote stage.

What customization options do you offer?+

Embroidery (up to 15-color, 3D-puff), screen printing, dye sublimation, DTF, heat transfer, woven labels, branded hang tags, and color-matched dye lots.

Do you handle multi-location and per-employee fulfillment?+

Yes. Managed programs include per-location packing, per-employee shipping, custom employee portals, and stipend-based ordering — common across our hospitality, healthcare, and corporate accounts.

Are your products compliance-certified?+

We build to ANSI/ISEA 107 (hi-vis), NFPA 2112/70E (FR), AAMI PB70 (medical barriers), AATCC 100 (antimicrobial), and CPSIA (children's apparel) where applicable. Documentation is provided per program.
